We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager who can bring in big projects, expand our network, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify, target, and secure new interior fitout and joinery projects across residential, commercial, corporate, and luxury sectors.
  • Leverage your existing network of clients, contractors, subcontractors, developers, and architects to bring in high-value projects.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring profitable growth.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct on-site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements, present design solutions, and provide expert guidance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the design/project team, ensuring seamless communication and project satisfaction.

Proposal, Quotation & Contract Handling:

  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements and company standards.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maximizing revenue and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, project pipelines, and follow-ups for management review.

Project & Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Provide input on project feasibility, pricing, and timelines based on client discussions and site visits.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure resources and manpower are aligned with project needs.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on interior design and fitout trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Provide insights to senior management for strategic business decisions and market positioning.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Networking & Brand Promotion:
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and expand a local network of high-value clients, contractors, and developers.
  • Position the company as a trusted and premium interior design and fitout solution provider.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Submit regular sales reports, project pipeline updates, and client feedback to management.
  • Track conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Monitor project progress and client satisfaction to ensure repeat business and referrals.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 years UAE experience in interior fitout/joinery sales.( Mandatory)
  • Proven track record of generating high-value sales and bringing new clients/projects.
  • Strong network with contractors, subcontractors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.( Arabic is mandatory)
  • Deep knowledge of market trends, pricing, and project execution requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
