Our client in the automotive accessories industry, a leading brand expanding aggressively in the GCC & African markets, is hiring a Junior Sales Executive to support B2B sales and business development in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Dubai (Ras Al Khaimah Registered Office / Deira Showroom)

Years of Experience: 8 - 14 Years

Job Description:

This role combines business development, international sales travel, client management, and backend coordination. The Sales Manager will also oversee the Dubai showroom executive, ensuring smooth customer handling and efficient lead flow.

Key Responsibilities Market Development Saudi & GCC
  • Travel frequently (1220 days/month) across Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.

  • Identify distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for auto accessories (LEDs, Android units, dashcams, wipers, horns, etc.).

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and invite prospects to visit the Dubai showroom.

Sales & Exports Execution
  • Convert showroom leads and field contacts into bulk export orders.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close B2B deals.

  • Manage export documentation, invoicing, shipping, and logistics coordination with backend teams.

Showroom & Team Management
  • Supervise one showroom executive, ensuring smooth handling of walk-in customers and proper lead transfers.

  • Train and guide the team on customer handling and product knowledge.

African Market Exposure (Preferred)
  • Explore East African markets (Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda) for export opportunities.

Reporting & Coordination
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, order bookings, and market trends.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 8 to14 years in auto accessories or spare parts sales, with strong exposure to Saudi/GCC markets.

  • Must Have: Proven business travel experience to Saudi Arabia and knowledge of export formalities.

  • Preferred: Exposure to African markets.

  • Skills: B2B sales, negotiation, customer relationship management, and logistics coordination.

  • Languages: English (mandatory), Arabic (advantageous).
