Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager (ISP, Internet Industry) to join our team in the internet industry. As a Sales Manager (ISP, Internet Industry), you will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution network, driving sales growth, and ensuring efficient service distribution. Your strong sales skills, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking will be essential in achieving our distribution goals and maximizing market reach.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy to expand market presence and increase sales revenue.
2. Identify and evaluate potential distributors market to expend company's internet cliental portfolio.
3. Manage and build strong relationships with existing distributors (Internet Dealers), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
4. Conduct regular market analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
5. Set sales targets and objectives for the distribution network, and monitor performance against targets.
6. Develop pricing strategies, incentives, and promotions to drive sales growth and market penetration.
7. Train and educate the distribution network on our internet service features, benefits, and selling techniques.
8. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to distributors to ensure their success in selling our internet service.
9. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely product availability and minimize stock-outs.
10. Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
12. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact distribution operations.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Distribution Sales Manager or a similar role in the internet industry.
2. Strong understanding of distribution channels, partner management, and sales strategies.
3. Track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets through effective distribution strategies.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners.
5. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a distributed sales team.
6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions.
7. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.
8. Knowledge of internet technologies, digital products, and related industry trends.
9. Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and distribution management systems.
10. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
