Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Expert to drive business growth by generating new leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales deals. The candidate will promote and sell a range of digital services, including Website Development & Design, Mobile Application Development, E-commerce Solutions, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads (AdWords).

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for digital technologies and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, social media platforms, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Actively promote company services and solutions to potential customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and after-sales support.
  • Handle customer objections, complaints, and negotiations professionally.
  • Collect feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.
  • Close deals efficiently while ensuring company profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to management.

Marketing & Representation

  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote company services.
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience (minimum 3–6 years) in IT services sales, digital marketing sales, Cloud Sales or B2B sales
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, web development processes, and mobile app technologies is preferred
