Sales Manager – IT Solutions & Call Center ProjectsAbout the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business for our IT/software development services and call-center/BPO projects. The ideal candidate is a strong deal-closer who can generate leads, build relationships, negotiate confidently, and secure high-value contracts from global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new clients for software development, IT services, and call-center campaigns.
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, partnerships, and digital channels.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for international markets.
Sales & Deal Closing
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, pricing sheets, and negotiation strategies.
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Market Expansion
- Explore opportunities across US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, and other relevant regions.
- Develop long-term partnerships with agencies, enterprises, and outsourcing buyer.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell company solutions to increase revenue.
- Provide smooth handover to operations/technical teams post-signing.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and forecasting.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Share market insights to help improve service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development in IT, Software Services, or BPO/Call Center industry.
- Proven track record of closing medium to large deals.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing, software development cycles, and call-center processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage international clients and long sales cycles.
- Self-driven with a results-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with lead generating platforms (Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
- Existing client network in IT or BPO markets.
- Prior experience selling to US/UK/Canada clients.
