The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Egypt through the sale of Jira-based solutions, including licensing, upgrades, cloud migrations, and consulting services. The role focuses on enterprise account acquisition, expansion of existing clients, and building long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive sales of Atlassian solutions, including:

Jira Software
-
Jira Service Management
-
Confluence
-
Atlassian Cloud migrations and upgrades

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across Egypt.

Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a minimum of 3x quota coverage.
2. Account Management

Develop and execute strategic account plans for key enterprise customers.

Engage with senior decision-makers including CIOs, IT Directors, PMOs, and Engineering Leaders.

Position Jira as a strategic enterprise platform supporting ALM, ITSM, and DevOps transformation.
3. Sales Cycle Management

Manage the full sales lifecycle:

Lead generation

Qualification

Product demonstrations coordination

Proposal development

Negotiation

Closing deals

Collaborate closely with presales and technical consultants for solution design and positioning.

Participate in RFP responses and commercial negotiations.
4. Market Development

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the ITSM and Agile tools space.

Develop and maintain relationships with system integrators, partners, and enterprise clients.

Support marketing initiatives, events, and Atlassian-focused campaigns in Egypt.
Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales.

Proven experience selling software licenses or SaaS solutions.

Strong understanding of:

ITSM fundamentals

SDLC / ALM lifecycle

Existing network within enterprise or government sectors in Egypt is highly preferred.
