Role Overview
Plus UAE is expanding its business operations and seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead sales growth, drive new business acquisition, and strengthen client relationships within the UAE market. This position will be based in Kochi, operating remotely with full coordination with Abu Dhabi HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in targeted sectors.
- Create and manage sales divisions and teams for structured expansion.
- Conduct sales training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and closure of all active leads.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets with high accountability.
- Daily monitoring of pipeline, meetings, and CRM progress.
- Conduct competitor research and market intelligence reporting.
- Actively focus on events, exhibitions, and industry engagement.
- Build a strong outdoor sales network for field operations.
- Enhance existing client revenue and long-term retention.
- Coordinate with IT teams for ERP, CRM & Client Portal updates.
- Work closely with Marketing Team for lead generation and branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years proven experience in B2B Service Sales with consistent target achievements.
- Strong UAE/GCC market knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive team success.
