Sales Manager Lahore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to support our retail operations in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will assist in managing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. They will also oversee inventory management, team performance, and store profitability while promoting solar products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Assist in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Educate customers on solar products, their benefits, and financing options.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Store Operations & Inventory Management:

• Support daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of solar products.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

• Supervise and motivate retail sales associates to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

• Track sales performance and generate reports for management.
• Analyze customer trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
• Recommend promotional activities and marketing initiatives to boost sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Intermediate and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in retail management, preferably in the telecom, FMCG, and solar or renewable energy sector.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
