We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Large Accounts to own and grow relationships with our most strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preferably selling complex tech products or SaaS solutions to enterprise clients and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for large/strategic accounts – from lead qualification to closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in large enterprises.
- Understand customer business needs and map them to our product capabilities to deliver high-value solutions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer success.
- Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to position our product effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in a tech product or SaaS environment) Experience in Access Control industry preferred(not mandatory).
- Proven success in selling to large/enterprise accounts with complex buying cycles.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a business context.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree required
