Job Title: Sales Manager – LCL Consolidation (Freight Forwarding)

Location: St.Thomas Mount, Chennai

Experience: 8-10+ years in Freight Forwarding Sales

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager - LCL Consolidation to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth for our LCL consolidation services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in LCL consolidation

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to closure

- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other sales-related documents to senior management

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development in the logistics industry, with a focus on LCL consolidation

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong understanding of LCL consolidation services and operations

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
