About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and responsible Sales Manager to manage bank branches, maintain client relationships, support legal & recovery operations, and ensure consistent revenue growth. The role includes regular tele-coordination with bank officials, MIS follow-ups, branch issue tracking, target achievement and supervision of field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with RBO/Branch Managers
• Daily follow-ups for recovery assignments
• Handle MIS, reports, billing and escalation
• Coordinate with CLAs, LFAs, Field Recovery team
• Achieve monthly revenue targets
• Maintain documentation, case registers and branch updates
• Ensure 100% compliance with SARFAESI & bank guidelines

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives
Incentives: Performance-linked (High potential)
Experience: 2–5 years in Banking / Legal Recovery / Sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹54,590.25 per month
