Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial operations across the Egyptian market (with a focus on Cairo and surrounding areas). You will be responsible for driving revenue across a portfolio of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions, expanding our market share, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Job Description
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute data-driven sales plans to expand our customer base, hit revenue targets, and ensure a strong market presence.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide continuous coaching.
- Project & Solution Sales: Spearhead the sales cycle for light current and AV solutions , including Digital Signage, LCD/LED Video Walls, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, system integrators, and corporate clients.
- Commercial & Technical Coordination: Coordinate with our technical and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions, technical submittals, and financial proposals meet client requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the ELV and digital display sectors.
