We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, and execute strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, team development, and achieving ambitious business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Own quota setting, sales target allocation, and sales forecasting.
- Develop data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust plans proactively.
People Development & Leadership
- Coach and mentor sales team members to maximize performance.
- Design and deliver ongoing sales training programs.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales hires.
Pipeline & Process Management
- Oversee pipeline health through regular deal reviews and performance tracking.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and data integrity.
- Continuously improve sales processes and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to drive business growth.
- Support pricing strategies, incentive plans, and customer-focused initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred.- 5–7 years of experience leading sales teams.
- Experience in Education, E-learning, B2B, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and operational management skills.
