We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to drive our nationwide sales strategy and lead high-performing sales teams across the country. This role is critical in accelerating revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our service portfolio in the freight forwarding and ILS space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the organization’s overall sales & marketing strategy
Collaborate with functional heads to drive service offerings and solutions
Build a strong portfolio of best practices, business cases, and client testimonials
Identify and develop new platforms, forums, and channels to promote services
Drive RFQ/RFP responses ensuring quality, value creation, and win rates
Manage customer relationships, overseas partners, upselling & cross-selling
Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts
Achieve top-line revenue, GP, and volume targets
Deliver budgeted revenues and margins through deep selling
Identify service expansion opportunities and close commercial agreements
Qualification
Graduate (PG/MBA preferred)
5–15 years of relevant experience (freight forwarding/related industry preferred)
Strong understanding of market dynamics, products, and business development
Sound knowledge of basic financial concepts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
