Mission

sunday is seeking a bold and strategic Los Angeles based Sales Manager to lead our west coast expansion.You will own the full go-to-market execution in the West Coast, starting with Los Angeles, with enormous expansion and growth potential, reporting directly to the US Sales Director.

Your mandate: expand and scale sunday’s presence in the LA market and west coast region by leading an excellent team of Account Executives in the market.

What You’ll Build and Own

1. Lead a high achieving team

  • Hire and train a high achieving team of outbound Account Executives that consistently hits or exceeds quota
  • Have a 100% ownership mentality of your team’s targets, which will be comprised of both your individual target and your team’s targets
  • Own weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews for the region
  • Actively manage IC performance: coach top performers, address underperformance, and make tough calls when needed
  • Consistently provide feedback, motivate, coach, and energize your team
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, revenue operations, marketing, partnerships, and other cross functional teams to set your team up for success


2. Execute West Coast expansion

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build and execute long-term strategy for West Coast expansion, both within the existing customer profile and potential future customer profiles
  • Work cross functionally with teams to set the existing sales motion up for success as the team grows regionally
  • Bring thought leadership and market expertise to the expansion strategy as a local leader


Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in Sales, Management, or GTM leadership, with at least 2 years of individual contributor success and 2 years of people management experience
  • Proven success managing AE teams in the SMB / mid-market segments and closing business in those segments
  • Background in high-growth tech environments—where systems were built, not inherited
  • Track record of taking a region from early traction to sustained scale.
  • Comfortable operating close to the field—hands-on, analytical, and deeply execution-oriented
  • A strong public presence and energy-giver leader who inspires teams and commands rooms
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven and analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while scaling a high-impact engine
  • Knowledge of and passion for the restaurant industry
