Sales Manager – Luxury Furniture (Remote, U.S. Time Zones)

Arditi Collection® (www.arditicollection.com) is a luxury furniture brand specializing in high-end, custom-designed pieces for elite clients across North America. We are seeking a Luxury Furniture Sales Manager (Remote) who can confidently sell premium products, manage complex client needs, acquire new clients, and build long-term relationships with high-value individuals and interior design firms.

Responsibilities

  • Sell high-value, custom-made luxury furniture tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively acquire new clients and develop business opportunities across North America.
  • Prepare, send, and track personalized price quotes.
  • Respond to inquiries via website requests, live chat, and primarily phone calls.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and interior designers.
  • Research and connect with prestigious luxury interior design firms to establish partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are clearly delivered.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling high-ticket or luxury products (custom furniture sales is a strong plus).
  • Skilled at selling value rather than price, overcoming objections, and closing deals in a high-end market.
  • Advanced English fluency (C1/C2 or native level).
  • Strong track record in new client acquisition and business development.
  • Background in interior design or luxury sales preferred.
  • Familiarity with the furniture industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable spending most of the workday on phone calls with clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Growth-minded, solution-oriented, and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach.
  • Must have a personal computer and phone to work remotely.
  • Must be available to work within North American time zones (EST or PST preferred).
