Sales Manager – Luxury Villa Projects

We are seeking a highly accomplished luxury real estate female professional with extensive experience in the Dubai prime and ultra-luxury property market to lead sales for exclusive villa developments in India. The role involves working with HNIs, UHNIs, global investors, and NRI clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for luxury villa projects
  • Manage high-value client relationships and private viewings
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams
  • Negotiate and close premium real estate villa sales transactions
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and global finesse

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Dubai luxury sales
  • Proven track record in high-ticket luxury sales
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly polished, articulate, and client-centric personality
  • Strategic mindset with strong closing ability
  • Females only to apply
