Job Description

We are seeking a Male Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations, manage client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate must be experienced, confident, and skilled in using CRM software to monitor leads, track performance, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales activities and support the sales team.
• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies.
• Ensure the team updates CRM daily with accurate lead information.
• Conduct follow-ups on high-priority leads and assist in deal closing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle escalated issues.
• Monitor team performance, report progress, and identify improvements.
• Ensure the team follows company SOPs and maintains discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 TO 8 years of experience in sales or coordination roles.
• Must be proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
