About The Role
Weโre looking for a
high-performing Sales Manager
to build and lead our sales engine. This is a
player-coach role
โ youโll not only manage a team but also actively close deals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Own and achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Agents
-
Review proposals and ensure quality before sending to clients

Identify market opportunities and refine sales strategy
Requirements
-
4โ6 years of B2B sales experience (agency background is a plus)
-
Proven track record of hitting targets
-
Team management or mentoring experience
-
Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)

Experience with CRM / pipeline tools
