Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Manager – MDA to lead and expand our Major Domestic Appliances business across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and retail networks, and executing market strategies tailored to the MDA category. This role demands a deep understanding of the Saudi appliance market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting business relationships that enhance our brand presence in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within retail, distribution, and key account channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients, ensuring optimal market coverage and product availability.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adjust sales and pricing strategies accordingly.

Implement go-to-market plans, pricing structures, and promotional activities specific to the MDA segment.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute local campaigns, brand activation's, and seasonal promotions.

Negotiate and manage annual business agreements, trade terms, and promotional support with key partners.

Ensure efficient sales forecasting, inventory management, and timely delivery in coordination with logistics and operations teams.

Drive superior customer satisfaction through consistent after-sales service and relationship management.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve category and regional performance targets.

Track sales KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Manage the annual sales budget and contribute to long-term strategic planning for MDA growth in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the Major Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG sector.

Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of the local MDA market, distribution channels, and retail landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory) and English (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
