Education : A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or Business is preferred.

Key Requirements:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
- Set sales targets and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
- Manage key accounts and distributor operations.
- Drive business development in public and private channels, including tenders and institutional sales.
- Oversee sales performance, pipeline management, planning, and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and conduct territory analyses.
