We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel and events industry, a proven ability to generate revenue, and the leadership skills to drive sales growth through strategy, client relationships, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the MICE business and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new corporate clients while nurturing existing relationships for repeat business.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to deliver tailored MICE solutions.
- Collaborate with operations and event teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and financial offers aligned with client needs and company goals.
- Track sales performance through CRM systems and prepare regular reports for management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to enhance visibility.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing proactive support and timely resolution of client issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in the MICE, Travel, or Tourism industry (with at least 2 years in a managerial role).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer innovative, customized solutions.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage client portfolios and inspire a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
