Sales Manager (Middle East & Africa & Europe)

We are looking for a Sales Manager for one of our esteemed client.

Headquartered in the dynamic global hub of Dubai, the company is a premier provider of high-performance cable solutions. Leveraging its strategic location, it serves as a vital gateway, efficiently supplying an extensive portfolio of advanced cable products to projects and partners across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and beyond. Its core focus encompasses a wide range of cables crucial for power transmission, industrial applications, infrastructure development, and specialized sectors.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to expand the company’s market presence in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. This role will focus on promoting and selling specialty cables to key industries, driving revenue growth, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Middle East & Africa.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Dubai operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment, technical support, and after-sales service.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree or above.

Industry Experience : Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably with a strong background in the cable industry, construction sector, or international trading

Skills & Competencies :

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Mandarin is a strong plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-cultural team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East & Africa & Europe.
