Drive sales and customer development across the Middle East, Africa, and India, including frequent customer visits and continuous relationship building.
Lead sales & acquisition processes, including opportunity creation, documentation in Customer Hub, and developing regional key account strategies.
Manage offer processes: request clarification, coordination with technical sales, bid/no-bid decisions for standard products, and customer communication until order intake.
Support and participate in contract and offer negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders.
Represent Diehl Aviation at trade shows and support marketing, market intelligence, and the sales budget planning process.
Who we are looking for:
University degree or equivalent education, combined with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sales.
Solid background in aircraft cabin products and general sales methodologies (e.g., calculations, opportunity management).
Strong intercultural competence, especially in working with Middle Eastern customers; experience with purchase contracts beneficial.
High customer orientation and ability to generate opportunities and achieve order intake targets in an international environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence in managing stakeholders at different organizational levels.
