Role Summary
Lead the sales function for mechanical products, drive revenue growth, and manage a team selling to industrial clients (factories, contractors, engineering firms).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategy for mechanical/industrial products
* Manage and mentor sales team (Senior & Junior Executives)
* Identify new business opportunities in manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors
* Build relationships with key clients, contractors, and procurement teams
* Oversee quotations, negotiations, and contract closures
* Coordinate with production and operations for order fulfillment
* Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Business preferred)
* 5–8 years of industrial/mechanical sales experience
* Proven team management experience
* Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
Work Location: In person
