About Us Feeri Logistics is a growing logistics company committed to delivering reliable, efficient supply chain solutions across the region. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth.
Role Overview As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. You will play a key role in growing Feeri Logistics' market presence and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: SAR 3,000+ per month (negotiable based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonus: SAR 8,000
- Total monthly earnings: up to SAR 11,000+
- Full-time, stable position with a growing company
