Sales Manager ( pashto speaker )

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

• Set sales objectives and forecast annual quotas for regions.
• Maintain sales volume and pricing by monitoring trends and competitors.
• Adjust selling prices based on costs and competition.
• Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Manage operations per principal requirements and negotiate rates with carriers.
• Retain existing customers and achieve KPIs/Targets.
• Provide weekly sales activity reports and contribute to team efforts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
