Sales Manager (PEB) - Industrial & Commercial Turnkey Projects

Reporting To:

Head—Business Development/Managing Director

Backed by in-house capabilities in structural design, PEB manufacturing, and civil construction, we offer end-to-end infrastructure solutions—from concept to commissioning.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B industrial/commercial real estate or EPC/construction sales. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, proposal management, and deal closure for design-build or turnkey construction projects. You will be the key face of our organization to developers, industrial clients, logistics companies, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG, pharma, and commercial sectors.
  • Track industrial corridor developments, logistics parks, and special economic zones (SEZs) for business opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust lead funnel using CRM tools.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Engage with decision-makers: CXOs, Project Heads, Procurement, Facility Managers.
  • Understand client project needs and pain points to offer tailored turnkey solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts for repeat business and referrals.

3. Technical Sales & Proposal Management

  • Coordinate with in-house design, estimation, and project teams to prepare technical-commercial proposals.
  • Explain the value proposition of in-house PEB + Civil turnkey execution – faster timelines, cost efficiency, and single-point accountability.
  • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

4. Branding & Market Intelligence

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, real estate events, and B2B platforms.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to shape go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for digital campaigns, case studies, and client testimonials.

5. Sales Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and deal stages in CRM.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports including pipeline health, closures, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure seamless handover of awarded projects to the execution team.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Engineering/Architecture/Business. MBA in Marketing or Construction Management preferred.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in industrial real estate, EPC/turnkey construction, or infra solutions sales.
  • Deep network in industrial/logistics segments, consultants, and land aggregators.
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of contract negotiation, BOQs, and project economics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients across regions.

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Sales roles at EPC contractors, PEB companies, industrial park developers, logistics park operators, or PMC firms.
  • Experience in selling large-ticket infrastructure projects (Rs. 2.5 Cr–50 Cr+).

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Background: Experience in EPC, PEB, or industrial real estate sales. Preferably from the turnkey or infrastructure sector.

Client Network: Strong connections with factory owners, developers, logistics heads, and project consultants.

Geographical Edge: Prior experience in target markets (e.g., NCR, Maharashtra, Gujarat, TN, Telangana, and Bangalore).

Technical Acumen: Understands BOQs, PEB specs, execution timelines, and GFC drawings—can coordinate with design/estimation.

Sales Skills: Excellent at consultative selling, deal structuring, and B2B negotiation.
Deal Size Comfort: Used to closing ₹2.5 Cr–₹50 Cr+ projects. Can manage long sales cycles (3–9 months).

Tools Know-How: Familiar with CRM tools, proposal management software, AutoCAD basics, and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,050,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
