Position Title: Sales Manager – Poultry

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and business development across assigned territories
• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing field sales team
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and continuously expand market reach
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans along with structured reporting frameworks
• Ensure operational compliance and oversee day-to-day field operations

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in poultry medicine sales across Lahore
• Strong knowledge of the poultry industry and market dynamics
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Master's in Poultry Science
• Doctorate degree is preferred
