Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations and drive business growth in power generation, solar solutions, UPS systems, and industrial equipment .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional sales operations for Generators, Solar Systems, UPS, and Industrial Equipment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
  • Coordinate with technical, procurement, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.




Qualifications


  • BS Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics)
  • DAE / B-Tech with MBA


Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role

Strong background in Generators, Solar Power Systems, UPS, and Industrial Equipment sales.
