We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Distribution Sales Manager with a strong background in wholesale dealer networks and the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing distribution channels, handling dealer networks, and driving sales growth in construction-related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with wholesale dealers, distributors, and key partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the construction material market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, train, and support the sales team to improve overall performance.
- Ensure timely execution of distribution plans, stock availability, and territory coverage.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in distribution sales, particularly within wholesale dealer networks.
- Strong background in the construction field, building materials, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Education: Intermediate to Graduate (relevant experience preferred).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
