We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Team Lead Sales to oversee our digital sales operations. He/She must have working experience of managing and optimizing a digital electronic store, such as smartphones, tech gadgets, and accessories on Amazon, e-bay and other digital e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with deep knowledge of digital sales channels, tools, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies across multiple online channels (e.g., e-commerce, social media, marketplaces, email campaigns).
  • Monitor team performance using key metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Take full ownership of marketplace accounts such as Amazon, eBay, and other online portals — including listings, pricing, campaigns, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a smooth and professional sales experience.
  • Ensure all CRM records, sales processes, and communications are accurate and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend innovative digital solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital sales tools, platforms, and industry trends.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure accurate performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to motivate and develop team members.
  • Train and guide junior sales team members to improve output and efficiency.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Commerce or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online marketing, preferably in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales channels, CRM tools, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and English communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Must have strong Leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
