Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Manager – Project Sales to handle project-based sales for Ecoste building material products. The role involves managing regional sales operations, developing strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and driving business growth through active site visits and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-based sales strategies to achieve regional targets
• Promote and sell Ecoste building material products to contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants
• Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and close sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify new projects and business opportunities within the assigned region
• Track project progress and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversions
• Provide basic technical product knowledge and presentations to clients
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Maintain sales reports, project pipeline, and daily activity records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA / PGDM preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in project sales / building materials / construction sales
• Strong knowledge of project cycles, contractor networks, and site sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits

Preferred Background

• Experience in boards, panels, laminates, plywood, eco boards, or similar building materials
• Prior handling of B2B / institutional / project sales
