Sales Manager (Property Consultant) - Sobha Realty

We are hiring Real Estate Sales Managers / Off-Plan Specialists to join our growing sales team at Sobha Realty, one of Dubai’s leading luxury developers.

What you’ll do:

• Sell premium off-plan properties across Dubai’s most sought-after communities.
• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and Agency connections.
• Guide clients throughout their property investment journey.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in Dubai’s real estate industry (off-plan experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Energetic, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with unique passports are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Previous developer-side experience is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English (Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, French, Chinese, or Japanese is a strong advantage)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
