Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a highly driven and results-focused Sales Manager to lead sales functions for its upcoming property development projects in Karachi.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, business development, and client engagement, along with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the complete sales cycle—from planning and target setting to client conversion and performance reporting—while ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and project operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with investors, brokers, and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work with senior management to forecast sales targets and prepare insightful performance reports.

Operational Oversight & Coordination

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
  • Review sales contracts, client documentation, and CRM entries for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to enhance overall sales efficiency.
  • Ensure all sales activities follow local property regulations and company policies.

Marketing & Promotional Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, property expos, and open house events.
  • Provide input for marketing materials, presentations, and project promotional content.
  • Participate in client meetings and property site visits to support successful deal closures.

Client Relationship Management & Negotiation

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Ensure timely response to client inquiries and maintain a smooth, professional buying experience.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
  • Track performance through structured reporting and analytical insights.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to boost productivity and team engagement.

Key RequirementsQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Sales Management or Real Estate (preferred).

Experience

  • 5–7 years of solid experience in real estate sales or property development.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Pakistan’s real estate market and regulatory framework.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
