Sales Manager - PU & PIR Sandwich Panels

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales of PU & PIR Sandwich Panels
• Mandatory experience in PPGI Coil trading
• Strong understanding of insulated panel systems, applications, and market trends
• Experience handling B2B sales, project-based sales, and key accounts
• Ability to develop new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Good knowledge of pricing, costing, and negotiation
• Capable of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits, UAE Driving License Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of PU & PIR Sandwich Panels and PPGI Coils
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Manage existing clients and key accounts
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• AUTO CAD PreEngineering Drawing Estimation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in construction, cold storage, industrial buildings, or roofing/cladding sectors
• Strong leadership and team management skills
