We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Trader to manage and grow our petrochemical and solvent business. The role involves handling products such as LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC Resin, Phenol,Methanol, Toluene, Acetone, Acetic Acid, Xylenes, and other key petrochemical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify, map, and develop relationships with end customers across industries such as paints, pharmaceuticals, adhesives, chemicals, construction materials, and more.
Market Analysis & Trading: Monitor domestic and international price trends, analyze market movements, and take informed buy/sell positions to maximize profitability.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and sustainable relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Credit Assessment: Evaluate customer creditworthiness, negotiate payment terms, and ensure timely collections.
Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
Target Achievement: Drive sales volumes and margins as per company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemical Engineering, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
3–8 years of experience in petrochemical/solvent trading or B2B chemical sales.
Strong understanding of commodity markets, pricing trends, and risk management.Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
