Nouba Real Estate is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager who can lead by example, close deals independently, and inspire the sales team to achieve outstanding results. We are looking for a leader who brings not just management skills but also direct revenue and profit to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Actively generate leads, negotiate, and close property deals independently.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and guide the team effectively.
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Sales Manager and successful closer in the UAE real estate market.
Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to bring measurable profit and growth to the company.
RERA certification is an advantage.
