RiseUp Real Estate is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and revenue growth.

About the Role:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, mentoring agents, setting and tracking performance goals, and helping to scale our team. You'll work closely with leadership to implement strategies that drive transactions and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a growing team of real estate agents
• Set individual and team sales targets, and track performance against goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize listings, closings, and client satisfaction
• Monitor and support agents with deal negotiations and transaction processes
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one performance reviews
• Assist in recruiting top talent to expand the team
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales; leadership experience strongly preferred
• Active real estate license
• Strong understanding of local market trends and competitive landscape
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset

Compensation:

• Base Salary
• Competitive Individual Commission
• Override Commission on Team Sales
