The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business targets, leading a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Middle East.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and client behavior.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
