Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and scale an existing real estate sales team
- Drive sales performance across off-plan and secondary market properties
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing agents
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Monitor pipeline, conversions, and team productivity
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
- Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations
Mandatory Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)
- Must be currently located in the UAE
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Must bring an active sales team (agents/consultants already working under you)
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market, off-plan & secondary sales
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong network of investors and property buyers is a plus
