Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Location - Gurgaon – Sector 65

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle end-to-end sales for residential/commercial real estate projectsGenerate, follow up, and convert property leads into closures

Conduct site visits and client presentations Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close deals successfully

Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams

Track market trends and competitor projects in Gurgaon

Required SkillsMandatory 4–5 years experience in Real Estate Sales only

Strong closing, negotiation, and customer-handling skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilities

Deep knowledge of Gurgaon real estate marketTarget-oriented and self-driven approach

Qualifications:-Graduate (any discipline)Candidates from insurance, BFSI, automobile, telecom, or other industries will not be considered
