About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead, motivate, and scale our sales function. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven leadership skills, and a track record of closing high-value property transactions while building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing and closing high-value property transactions.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market (off-plan, secondary, or commercial).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • RERA certification is highly preferred.
