Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close property sales deals effectively.
2. Team Leadership
- Train and mentor sales agents to ensure high performance.
- Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor progress.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Oversee client communications to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Marketing & Networking
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and open houses.
- Maintain a professional presence in the community to enhance brand visibility.
5. Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and legal documentation related to sales.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (3–7 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
