Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Salary Package: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance) + Incentives as per performance
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year and above in Real Estate Sales
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline - MALE or FEMALE (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead Newtown Rajarhat side,property sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and achieve Organizational revenue targets. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, demonstrate strong client engagement skills, and be proactive in driving sales from lead generation to closure.

Regular client visits to project sites are mandatory, along with consistent follow-ups for deal closure. The candidate should be well-versed with their assigned area or zone, having complete awareness of local customers, property trends, and competitive dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful property sales.
• Conduct mandatory client site visits to showcase projects and enhance sales conversion.
• Ensure regular client follow-ups until final deal closure and payment realization.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and property developers.
• Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business goals.
• Mentor and guide the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Proven track record in real estate sales and client relationship management.
• A two-wheeler is mandatory for this position
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
