We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager (Arabic National) to lead and drive sales for a prestigious real estate project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximise performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to optimise sales strategies.
- Oversee negotiations and ensure seamless transaction processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
