Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic plans for sales and marketing activities to drive sales growth
  • Setting sales goals and objectives for the sales team and monitoring their progress
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry leaders to increase brand awareness
  • Oversee sales operations, pipeline management
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and finance to ensure alignment with company strategies
  • Creating sales forecasts and budget plans, and ensuring they are met
  • Implementing sales techniques and tactics that align with the company's brand and target audience
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build relationships
  • Preparing regular reports for senior management detailing sales performance and initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Significant experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership abilities to coach, inspire, and guide the sales team
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision making
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
