SALES MANAGER - REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to spearhead the sales strategy for our residential and commercial portfolio. You will be responsible for driving revenue through direct sales and expanding our network of registered brokers. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of project lifecycles, from initial launch to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Network Expansion & Prospecting:
Actively build and maintain a high-value network of prospective clients and real estate brokers to ensure a consistent pipeline for new project launches.

Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term partnerships with institutional investors and key agencies, serving as the primary point of contact for high-ticket portfolio discussions.

Performance Engineering:
Establish and monitor rigorous KPIs for sales output. Take personal accountability for closing complex deals and meeting aggressive quarterly revenue targets.

Inventory & Price Strategy:
Oversee the strategic release of units across the portfolio to maximize ROI and maintain market price integrity.

Recruitment & Mentorship:
Lead the hiring and technical training of consultants, ensuring the team is equipped with the negotiation skills required for the luxury market.

Agency Relations:
Manage the broker ecosystem, including portal oversight, commission structures, and agency-facing events to drive third-party sales volume.

Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor launches and pricing trends to provide data-driven feedback on market demand and amenity preferences.
Candidate Requirements

Experience:
5+ years in Dubai real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role specifically for a Developer.

Proven Track Record:
A documented history of meeting or exceeding multi-million AED sales targets.

Technical Knowledge:
Deep expertise in RERA regulations, DLD processes, and the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) lifecycle.

Communication:
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present investment-grade opportunities to High-Net-Worth Individuals.

Software:
Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced Excel for performance reporting.
