Sales Manager (Real Estate Experienced)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We're growing fast and we're looking for a high performing Sales Manager to lead our Off Plan division and take our sales operations to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, manage, and grow a team of property consultants focused on off-plan property sales

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious monthly and quarterly targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and investors

Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and pricing movements in the off-plan sector

Conduct team training, sales briefings, and performance reviews

Represent the company at launches, exhibitions, and real estate roadshows

Track KPIs, manage pipelines, and report performance to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of real estate sales experience (at least 2 in off-plan/project sales)

Proven track record of team leadership and exceeding targets

Strong network of developers, brokers, and HNW clients is a big plus

Confident communicator and skilled negotiator

CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Real estate license (if applicable in your location)
