Sales Manager – Real Estate (Panvel)

Location: Panvel (Site Office & Field Work)
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Education: Any Graduate

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to handle residential real estate sales and client deal closures at our Panvel site. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, hands-on experience in residential projects, and the ability to manage both clients and channel partners efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate property features to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with banks for in-principle loan approvals before closing deals.
  • Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing for on-site promotions and materials.
  • Lead a small sales team by setting and achieving individual targets.
  • Use your existing channel partner network to drive sales.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate residential sales.
  • Proven track record of closing property deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Active channel partner network preferred.
  • Willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
